Board Level Manufacturing


Our environmental friendly state-of-art manufacturing facility has an extensive array of automated test equipment and test rigs to validate manufactured boards. It has provision for stress screening of manufactured PCB boards to eliminate premature failures.

The manufacturing facility includes anti-static work area, air-conditioned component store and work areas, controlled temperature oven, temperature controlled soldering stations, de-soldering stations, conformal coating/processes, ESD safe workstations, and multi-purpose jig for press fit connectors, hot air guns, and special crimping tools and so on.

The Board manufacturing process includes comprehensive in-process inspection techniques to weed out causes of manufacturing defects prior to their actual occurrence on the production line. The production process is tuned for reliability of manufactured parts as opposed to a high rate of production.

The state-of-art facility 5-stage SMT re-flow soldering station incorporates component pick & place equipment, BGA repair workstation with display, X-ray inspection, visual inspection tools, IC tester, burn-in chambers, clean room ( humidity and temperature controlled), antistatic work area, bonded store (temperature controlled), etc. The facility is fully air-conditioned and is networked with Firewall protClean Roomection. Vibration-free foundation structure has been provisioned for Rate Tables for manufacturing inertial navigational products.

The Production engineers are also trained and motivated to ensure quality of the production, rather than high speed production.
